Terms of Use
We take pride in our work. We use sterling silver in all findings, components and clasps at a grade of .925 or higher. We use the highest quality of stones available to us. We reserve the right to substitute according to availability but the values will remain comparable and consistent.
Shipping Information: In most cases we ship US postal, insured or delivery confirmation. We ship to all national addresses and internationally as well. Buyer assumes shipping charges unless otherwise stated.
Orders are filled daily on in stock items, weekly or 8 days to ship on will call
Classic and custom designs we produce for you and your specifications please allow 21 days production to ship with the exception of other arrangements made through the various artists.
50% down required on custom orders and is non refundable.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
Please make your selections carefully as all sales are final and eligible for exchange only if returned in original condition within 7 days from date of purchase. No refunds. No cash back. Each piece is individually made with natural stones and their uniqueness. Every effort is made to recreate a overall copy of the items pictured, however, stones may be replaced to be comparable to what is shown at the artists discretion. We guarantee our workmanship and will repair any defect or breakage under normal use for one year from time of purchase.
